Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). Hello Ciao,

While I was able to confirm the Company received my emails identifying the error on Monday, I have not received any response from Verde to that original correspondence or any of the 4 follow-up emails including the one at end of day yesterday which informed them I would have no choice but to contact the TSX to follow-up. Fortunately thas has not been required with their correction issued today. Unfortunately there has been no news release to crow about the amzing results for the quarter now an additional $3.5 million of comprehensive profit has been recognized.

I do not need any acknowledgement or thanks from the Company, getting this positive feedback from my fellow independent shareholders is more than sufficient reward (as well as seeing the SP bump up to $1.30 at the open today).
