Welchspring

WelchspringI am watching the conventional markets, that is where "The Big Bull Market" will become "The Big Crash Market", everything will go down. Remember the old term, The Higher They Fly, The Farther They Fall. September 20th to the end of October is in my sights, for a possible panic ending in a shot heard around the world.

The clock is ticking on America's debt ceiling crisis. The end of July a Congressional suspension of the federal debt limit ended. On September the 30th emergency funding measures will be exhausted, and The US could go into default. The debt ceiling is the mandated limit on how much money The US can borrow to pay it's bills. The US could go into technical default while the politicians squabble, it will be 2011 all over again only much worse. The markets will not wait for the politicians to battle it out. Once the market goes down along come the margin calls and forced selling. This time The Federal Reserve is truly trapped with low interest rates and a huge debt on all levels of Government.
