Other than production sent to the Younger Plant ethane isnt generally extracted in NEBC, its usually sent down the line as sales gas along with the methane. Since most companies run shallow cut plants when it comes to liquids recovery, ethane cannot be extracted. Tourmaline runs a deep cut plant with ethane extraction abilities in Gundy however that is run as an ethane rejection facility which again puts the ethane back in with sales gas.
