Yep. I agree. 

It didn't take a rocket scientist to see that the company was trash. If I recall correctly, the stock chart went from $~17 at IPO down to $0.05 current day. The company has 165mil shares outstanding according to stockhouse. If VISN's management was skilled and/or they had a viable product, the chart wouldn't look the way it does.

I've held this stock since the company was selling spinach several years ago. PWR has potential, but I'm not impressed with the lack of transparency.
