RE:RE:WelchspringHi Welchspring, I guess you are focused on Jackson Hole next week, I can't personally see tapering as an option. The Fed has spent a lot of money trying to support the economy, and now we have the Delta variant threatening another lockdown at a time when the economy is weakening. If they taper the markets will go into a tantrum and they will start instantly pumping again. I do however see negative real interest rates happening very soon, the debt has got them handcuffed. Gold loves negative rates. I also see a lot of downturn in stocks this week. I expect volatility to increase more as some of these stocks move toward their two hundred day moving average. 

We will see more distress selling and small recoveries as the market moves towards a technical condition that takes everything down.
