Plant-Based Market to be Worth $162B by 2030 (Bloomberg) A recent article from Bloomberg said that the plant-based food market could grow to $162B by 2030 from $29.4B in 2020. They expect that the plant-based sector will outpace the conventional market this securing a more significant share of the total food supply. As tech improves, costs, flavour, retail prices, and public acceptance will all improve.

With this rapid growth, investments into new and emerging companies in the sector will be increasingly important. That's where Billy Goat Brands comes in. They're a company that identifies and invests in promising companies in the plant-based industry that we may not have access to as retail investors. Their holdings include:
- Sophie’s Kitchen: Plant-based seafood featured on Forbes and Bloomberg with products sold in many major US retailers.
- The Vegetarian Butcher: Plant-based retail concept with 2 locations in BC and a few more planned in the future. Very high customer satisfaction and ratings
- FunGuys Beverages: Their KOLD Brand sells mushroom-infused cold-brew with NA distribution coming soon.
Overall, they have a solid line of companies in a rapidly growing sector. With the IPO day on the CSE under $GOAT, I expect many great things to come!
