SWS fair value for XBC

SWS fair value for XBCFWIW,

Simply Wall St places the fair value for XBC at $22.50 Cdn.

Fair value is different than an analyst's target price.

It is a quantitatively based estimate of what a hypothetical investor should be willing to pay for a share today, given comparison to some reference discount rates, and given future cash flows over a 10 year period (as I understand it). The data comes from company filings, and analyst reports.

You can find the data and structure of analysis for their estimates for a given company in a link just below their fair value graphic.

I use SWS a lot as one reference point for DD. Some of their fair value estimates seem wacky but most make sense.
