It's very simple:
>>Before the split
*1 warrant gets you 1 share
*the exercise price of the warrant is 6.5 cents
>>After the split
*shares are consolidated 20:1
*warrants are not consolidated
*exercise price of the warrant is still 6.5 cents
*20 warrants get you 1 share
So, you have to exercise 20 warrants and pay 20x0.065=$1.30 to get 1 share
