Fabled Silver Gold Corp. V.FMK.P

Primary Symbol: V.FCO

Fabled Silver Gold Corp is focused on acquiring, exploring and operating properties that yield near-term metal production. The company focuses on acquiring precious metal properties in Mexico with blue-sky exploration potential. It has entered into an agreement with Golden Minerals Company to acquire the Santa Maria Property, a high-grade silver-gold property situated in the center of the Mexican epithermal silver-gold belt. The belt has been recognized as a metallogenic province, which has reportedly produced more silver than any other equivalent area in the world.

RE:RE:RE:RE:FREE MONEY For every 5 FCO silver receive 1 copper

RE:RE:RE:RE:FREE MONEY For every 5 FCO silver receive 1 copperI don't think FCOs shares would be priced higher or lower either way. The copper property was just sitting with FCO and nothing would have ever happened with it, if not for the spinoff. I've read theories months ago when it was first announced about Fabled shareprice decreasing 20% once the spinoff is complete, but frankly, i could not disagree more with that. Those theories did not take into account that the financing that now happened would have been dilution, that otherwise would have added to FCOs total float, which thankfully now falls to another company.

The copper property is absolutely not valued into FCOs SP, neither negative nor positive and in that case, i do see the shares as free aswell. If it would be valued into FCO though, the SP would need to be quite a bit higher now and i'm not talking about just a penny. Don't think FCO would sit at only about 0.15 CAD, when the copper property alone has over 95 million pounds of copper left, with another at least 45ish million in the forseeable future to be discovered, or maybe even more.

Management team in the long run won't be the same, Peter already said months he won't be the CEO of Fabled Copper and will give to torch to some one else, but for now, since the spinoff is not even complete, officially that makes him the CEO.
