DM's Covid sales
It seems to me that DM was one of the early entries to the testing marketplace in Canada, yet there is very little evidence of large sales contracts for supplying low cost, high volume , testing kits in North America and with a few exceptions (a Korean Airline for example), in the rest of the world as well. It seems DM's strength is in high service level, high margin testing in the film industry. I'm guessing that because DM sources the kits in Korea and do not manufacture them themselves that perhaps DM's hands are tied on just how low they can set the price and still make a reasonable profit. This might mean that DM should stick with the type of clients that are willing to pay a higher price for a full service experience.
