RE:RE:RE:Nice to see Tripp buying shares The lamest of support I have ever seen. just under $10K spent. Never bought above a dollar like I did. Didnt buy at 88 cents like when I did when I thought that was enough of the bleeding. Did he know it was going to fall this far? Well no one is suppose to know more about what is going on with this company than he does.
If the board truely thinks things are going to get better all of them should be buying shares like nobodies buisness and should had been buying shares ever since Apr 1. I guess the excuse was that they were waiting to sign the Health Clinics deal? They werent in a blackout period though and there was zero chance completing the sign off would result in a decent enough rebound in price that it would look shady.
Unless he continues every day then this is just a sad attempt to show support.
1. We were never told we had to have a way to prescribe tests before Apr 1.
2. Now they have us all set on excepting it as fact while they spent years not telling us about it.
3. There was always talk of the "large health care provider" heck even our analyst fell for that BS.
4. Now the excuse on that is that the large health care provider needed us to have a way to take care of the patients.
So you are telling me this "large health care provider" didnt have the capability to do the "job" Care is goiing to do? WTF. And if they are large they could had just put the contract for that portion out to virtually any company and that company would jump up and down for joy.
Face it people Stage has talked to large health care providers. Probably a ton of them. No one is interested. I am sure other companies in this space have also been checking out Stagezero yet no offers to buy out even at ridiculously low prices. Stage got the biggest luck ever with covid and the fact they could do tests. They never reached their targets or their supposed "capacity" but it made them money. Stage realizing no company is interested in them but with money in the bank the only solution was to try and do it themselves. They search high and low and was able to find a company small enough that would accept their buyout offer.
So that is what you wait for now. Stage to do the whole thing on their own.
Oh but why did Care agree to the buyout if they didnt believe in Stage? They have smart people there right! They do have smart people there. They know after all this time they are a break even company and they are tired of it. This way they have to do nothing and nothing changes for them. Heck there is even a part in the agreement that says if this doesnt pan and Stage fails out they can take back their company for free (guessing there is something like this not free though). its basically no risk to them plus they get bank that they likely never would have. They are smart I agree 100%.
