Yes, that is a possibility, and the fact that it has reached the high it attained in Feb but has not broken through it yet. However, it may still move on announcements of new contracts as it did with the last one about HIV patients.

I'm more concerned about the actual financials for the Apr - Jun Q. When released, the SP has to consider reflecting reality more than speculation.
