RE:RE:RE:thoughtsYou are right there is no obligation onless proved otherwise, yet I don't think a take or pay approach would'nt be align with Reliq patients cart vision. 

I think here we have to keep in mind that the 200K patients backlog is more like clients market size. 

It's the clients that have an obligation (at some point) to remain profitable or CF+ if they wish to stay in business going forward (HIV clinics are having a hard time financially wise according to CEO).

Medicaid/Medicare are now proposing a very appealing business model opportunity for most of the clinics and they need RHT for it to become real.

Lise have been saying that they keep on receiving a lot of potential new clients calls at the moment. That's sound really bullish to me anyway. GLTA
