Liquidity risk is the risk that the Company will not be able to meet its financial obligations as they come due. The Company’s exposure to liquidity risk is dependent on its purchasing commitments and obligations and its ability to raise funds to meet commitments and sustain operations. The Company manages liquidity risk by continuously monitoring its actual and forecasted working capital requirements to ensure there is capital to meet short-term and long-term obligations. As of April 30, 2021, October 31, 2020, the Company had working capital deficiency of $3,656,329 and $2,392,189, respectively. As disclosed in note 1, the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent on many factors. The Company’s cash is primarily deposited in bank accounts and held by certain related parties as advances to them. The Company anticipates that its cash on hand, together with expected funds raised from private placements and on exercise of warrants and options, as well as debt financing, will provide sufficient financial resources to carry out its operations through the current fiscal year. However, additional funding will be required. There can be no assurance that the Company will be able to raise the funds necessary to continue future operations.
