Roger discussed in a Crux interview, warrants were expiring for management and the Board at the end of June. At least half were just to cover cost of warrant excercise.

sure some more were sold and I would love if they were held, but can't fault management for taking a little profit along the way after a decade long bear. 

Roger still has 3 million vested options he could excercise and sell anytime, so hardly jumping ship
