Take a look at how many shares have traded say above $1.16, I think you will see about 48 million + shares have traded above $1.16.
Not too say that it will never go below that but its just one indicator as well as the
RSI that they are really pushing the string as far as it will go down right now before the action begins. Which in some ways is just plain shareprice reversion. Back too say $1.45 area
