Paperwork to tender

Paperwork to tender
Just recieved "the offer" today in the mail. Not happy at all with these guys. Who are they working for, us or BHP?

Just in case you didn't know what they want you to do, every page of the General Information section notes at the bottom of the page to tender your shares! In total, you are asked to tender your shares OVER 45 times in this document.

Love the little "ACTION REQUIRED" note on the bottom of the front page which reads,

"To accept the offer, shareholders are required to take the actions set out in section 3 of the offer "manner of acceptance". Shareholders who do not take any action to deposit their Comon shares to the offer will not receive the cash consideration for their common shares under the offer."

Ooh, scary, scary, so what will I get then?

It doesn't matter what you paid for your stock, it's what it's worth now! A lot can happen between now and November. I can wait a couple more years when a real offer comes in. .55 now or maybe $4+ in two years?
