ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. It is focused on generating and developing antibody therapeutics selectively targeting toxic misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple system atrophy (MSA). The PMN310 is a monoclonal antibody designed to treat AD by selectively targeting toxic, misfolded oligomers of amyloid-beta. PMN267 product candidate targeting ALS. PMN442 is a drug candidate being developed for MSA designed to selectively target and protect against pathogenic a-syn species.

I'm surprised that you're surprised. Seriously, who was going to sell to you at .16 knowing that it costs more than that to get pp shares (+ the 1/4 warrant) and knowing that the usual reason for the seasonal discounts are gone, and knowing that the money raised this ear is sufficient to finally reach some milestone that the market will notice?
Get yourself some at .20 before the churners back off another couple of cents because the deal is done.
