RE:Future For Oil & Gas?

RE:Future For Oil & Gas?Plastics definitely create a big demand for benzene and benzene based molecules all of which are easily gotten from crude oil. Phenols are needed to produce isocyantes which makes the binder for OSB (waferboard) and also in spray foam applications used in home construction.

Butane, hexane and all other gases are from the oil and gas industries. That is why if it were shut down the World would go into shock. The keyboard I'm typing on is mostly plastic and so is the screen. Go anywhere and you see how much of you space is littered with plastic. Even my backyard has plastic pots, watering can, nozzle on the hose, the hose and its cradle are plastic.
