Add all of these up and you are looking at almost 250 Million shares. Talk about dilution.. Even if the company grows into a 100 Million valuation (really really really hard to justify with negligible revenues, negative earnings, increasing costs and no demonstrated ability to translate partnerships into revenue), the share price should be 40 cents.
At a more reasonable valuation of 10 Mill, the share price should be 4 cents. Anything above this makes no sense...
