RE:RE:RE:Eric Sprout buys v.NFG at 11.39!
Mega, appreciate your posts. However, I believe that the plan here is to sell out to an appropriate buyer. All you need to do is take a look at what these boys did at Fosterville. Company A original owner of mine was sold to Company B which in turn sold to Company C. Same major player(s) in each case, and guess where the REALLY BIG BUCKS WERE MADE?
Company C produced the massive returns for that certain major shareholder, and privided the liquidity to allow him to sell his position when time was right. . Hopefully the same thing will happen here with an allshare transaction with an appropriately capitalized major or wannabe be major!
Doing it this way, defers taxtion for the two big players, and eliminates a major portion of the risk for any junior wishing to go to mine. No matter how good the project is anything can happen to destroy shareholder value in a one trick pony.
Sprott is one smart cookie, he has no intenton of mining this and Palisades clearly states thier mission statement on their website. These guys have a clearly defined plan here and we all might wake up one morning to a shock news release. Just my very humble opinion.
