The Advisor believes that the Company offers investors an opportunity to gain exposure to Enbridge, one of the worlds largest energy infrastructure companies.

RE:Overnight Offering

The price almost always drops below the offer price so why would you want to buy into the offer? Either way I assume the offers are made directly to institutions only.
