Here is the formula for the Number of shares owned * 0.25 * 0.32 = number BIPC shares, assuming the proration applies at the maximum value. Can you check if this is correct for your account? It's possible that those that tendered for shares may get more than the 0.32 if tendered share numbers is closer to Brookfield's maximum to be allocated.

How many shares did you tender if I may ask so we see how the math works?
