RE:Non tendered shares

If you do not tender your shares, you can likely sell them on the TSX for a short period of time until they become delisted due to IPL not meeting TSX listing requirements (lack of public shareholders). Brookfield has indicated that they intend to initiate proceedings to acquire the remaining shares by way of a Compulsory Acquisition Transaction in which you will receive $20 cash per share. You will have the right of dissent and can attempt to convince the presiding judge that your shares are worth more than $20. Only registered shareholders can exercise this right of dissent.
