If that was final approval, when exactly will Building Permits be issued and when exactly will shovels hit the ground?? Where are the pre-sales please or at least some sort of "Intended Plan"? Jeff is getting weird again posting peoples personal information, Again. Very uncouth, but very Jeff. Too bad he has no clue what he's talking about and SBJ is still living rent free up in his noodle.
