RE:RE:David Cates interview on Crux Investor No, he is not shrewd, but I would say DNN play was offside and if discussions actually occurred between them and JCU ethically grey at best. .44 cents a pound is still ridicously cheap, there is a reason why other players like Cameco didn't jump in and it became a bidding war, wouldn't be surprised if DNN takes a hit long term reputation wise that will impact its ability to do deals, but doesn't help UEX today.
He is a geologist first and foremost, he has lots of targets and if the bull continues his main job will be growing pounds so time to focus on that.
I haven't been able to watch the latest Cates interview, will eventually but it too will likely make me cringe. Reading between the lines, it does often feel like Crux is calling DNN out for some of its practices, buying spot, indigenous engagement, etc.
Matt seems to genuinely enjoy talking to Roger, but almost like he is helping him to tell the story recognizing Investor relations is not his strong suit.
