3) ZincNyx was originally purchased from Teck for less than $5 million by MGX and has not produced anything of value since that time so the value is less now.
4) Surrey House so far is a hoax and there is no proof this "demo" battery system even really exists or if it is even capable of functioning.
5) Zero production, sales, revenue, profit forecasts now or at any point in the future.
6) Zimtu as a backer and major shareholder is known for previous pump and dump holdings in companies such as MGX and Belmont Resources.

Take all of these facts together and the fact of the entire matter is investors have been duped and they have invested in another Zimtu backed pump and dump sheme.
