The little angel (demon?) on my shoulder keeps whispering however that the Chinese will be buying us out before IVN becomes the runaway train it is built to be. Various covenants preventing them from doing so expire in the next 18 months or so. What ace does RF own up his sleeve that keeps this from happening?


True enough that Zijin and CITIC have restrictive covenants...
But if anoher Party comes in and tries to take over IVN, the covenants are lifted,
And they are allowed to top the bid, or else they have give up their shares.

Ivanhoe mentioned that, in a press release a couple of years ago
