They also will/should make additional moves to stregthen the company. Especially with DK move this month. So if Penn goes up, so does the SCR. That simple. Regardless what the original deal was. If for some reason it dropped in price, I'd expect Levy to ask for more than the .2398/Share.
I did move 10k of those free traders I had in Score today, and flipped it into Penn at the open. I hold both stocks and like Hamilton mentioned, I wouldn't be surprised to see Penn at $100-110 in the near future. It was $139 not long ago and they strength is there. This should be a win tor both companies.
