Water Rights? Collateralized Debt? Lies?

Water Rights? Collateralized Debt? Lies?-Assessment has been done for a whule now, but Curt keep it from investors.
-He claimed next financing was collateralized loan.... what do we get? More dilution... a direct attack on retail investors last remianing ounce of value.
