Don't believe the BSIs no one looking at this? This statement basically means in a year since the aquistion they have not integrated their solutions, or made the GSX platform multi-tenanted for partners (partners can manage multiple customers from one pain of glass (for the non technical). All this Microsoft azure market place/global solution alliance stuff means nothing if Microsoft partners/channel cannot manage their customers from a single dashboard they aint buying it! That is the easiest lever to economies of scale in software! What has product and development been doing, surely they would have seen this whole in the product when doing due dilligence on a acquistion of GSX!? Reeks of incompetence and a board making aquisitions for aquistion sake.
Also for anyone who doesnt understand monitoring, they do not have "2.8 M users on their platform" They are monitoring 2.8M end points that is a very important deliniation when looking at valuations. How many customers make up that 2.8M is a better quesiton!? Lastly they dont monitor Teams - they dont sit in the call path! There is some definate fluffing of information for the herb retail investor!
