Interesting

Tomco announced that they are buying Valkor's 50% stake in Greenfield, for 3.1 million, conditional on finding funding for a new plant as detailed in the FEED study. The offer expires if no funding within 3 years. I don't know whether to take it as good-Tomco believes in the technology or bad-Valkor doesn't.
