Flotation circuit

Flotation circuitLets agree that 65 x 1ton bags left Oregon to Idaho. The problem is that the flotation circuit output at Fruitland is only 1t /day, so it will take another 20 days to fill up ONE container. We are not even close to ship the 300 t to Ocean. It will be better when Payette becomes operational (10t/ day)....but when will it happen?
Am I wrong?
