Stock based compensation expense

Stock based compensation expenseRegarding the stock based compensation expense of $562K and $574K in Q1 and Q2 of 2021, the following is from the conference call @ 28:48:

"... We went public in December and so all the stock options that had been issued as a private company were converted to public company shares and those... We had a large issuance in December to incentivise all the management team and all the key employees and directors going forward, now as part of the public company, and so, again, there was a large issuance of options at the time and those will continue to be recognized in our financial statements over the length of the vesting period which is four years. Nothing else major has happened beyond that point..."
