Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

I expect the Mark Goodman we are talking about is the son of the very wealthy, well connected and respected Ned Goodman. Ned was a partner of Seymour Schulich another well respected and connected name in mining.

Oddly, Ned, through Dundee was a previous board member of Woulfe Mining.

Having these kinds of connections to Almonty's board should be a significant benefit to the company.
