Only remote patient monitoring needs devices. All their other services do not require devices like Chronic care management, behavioral health and transitional care management. They also announced iUGO voice a while back that can do RPM without devices.

Not that it would be the best situation but I would rather see them run lean and deploying devices as they become available than having $4 million in devices that take a few years to deploy.
