Due Negligence

Due Negligence

Everyone who reads that post should think about it very carefully. This is someone that does not want to buy Abcourt shares because on a website some shareholders are critical of management for valid reasons This is how strong the conviction in the fundamentals of Abcourt Mines one of the largest shareholders actually is. The only issue is negative posts on Abcourt on Stockhouse. Really? 25 million shares and after 7 years of widespread knowledge of the royalty and regular attendance of the AGM, still no answers? Buying shares for all those years after being fobbed off by Renaud Hinse at every AGM, but negative posts by small shareholders on Stockhouse and they are not buying shares until the posts stop. Does that really make sense?

A well run Abcourt Mines, without a CEO that has a conflict of interest, and with Barvue going and the mill getting good business is worth a single digit multiple of the fair value. I choose that value these days as around one dollar per share.

There are those that want Abcourt Mines run by a 94 year old with a serious conflict of interest that think it is a threat not to buy more stock. Don't buy more stock then. Don't be a business man at AGMs. Just be best pals with the 94 year old guy that buys you dinner out of the money he made from you.

7 years and still no one knows what is going on with the royalty after attendance at the AGM every year since then? I think that is not due diligence, it is due negligence.

There is an easy way to stop the critical posts from me. Start asking the right questions at the AGMs. Start holding the management to account. Start using the AGM for its proper function. When large shareholders post on here that they don't know the details of Decochib and the Royalty 7 years after they first heard about it then you have to wonder what it is they are doing at the AGMs every year, except filling their bellies with food at the dinner afterwards.

The large shareholders have the most to lose and the most to gain. So what the hell are they doing when they don't know the answer to questions they, and everyone else, has been asking for 7 years?
