RE:RE:RE:Did the math on IPL --> BIPCI just tendered my shares on Wednesday with the extended offer and recieved .25 BIPC for every IPL share I had and no cash Friday.
Perhaps with BIPC trading lower than the cash offer they figured it was a better way to pay out.
I believe the market has to hold BIPC's share price down as buying IPL will score you .25 of a BIPC so It can't trade higher until IPL stops trading.
