The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

Coming from the dufus who posted the stock was going to $2. LOL! The TCG swept everything under the carpet....when in fact they crushed DBG making the company look like fools....Then the shorts smacked DBG down. You should STFU.
