I believe Chen threw a bone out there for shareholders during the irecent investor
conference. While he can't come out and state when the settlement / IP sale is going
to wrap up.....his comment that investors shouldn't take the lower 2Q numbers as a
negative, speaks volumes. Thats CEO code for "buckle-up".......
