RE:Due Negligence

RE:Due NegligenceHi Jameske . I am realy sorry for attending AGM and not defending your point of vue and all minor shareholders .  I wasn't aware that it was my responsability to do so. I thought i was present at the AGM  to represent myself and make my own mind and jugement and take my responsability to buy or sell Abcourt shares.
Maybe if the matter of NSR, management , is the responsability off all shareholders and if one shareholder cannot defend his own position he should not rely on me to do so in it's place.Sell and move on or represent yourself at the AGM, vote with your feeling and suggest your own ideas and your concerns and propose new board of directors of your choice..
Also i am realy concerned that you have payed a portion of my 2 lunch that  i have profited from Abcourt.
I also have taken a coffee at the AGM for the last 10 years.
Let me know how much of that money comes from your pocket. I calculate that i have profited from the amount of $50 ca dollars in 10 years . let me know where y can send your 1/500 or 10C ca to
Fernand.
