My broker knows nothing about this share dilution proposed, why?
ok, I don't live in the states but surely something stinks about this move, where is this 49%?
voting as a shareholder seems impossible and my broker is not informing me as would be the legal case in the U.K. Something fishy going on here methinks, any comments gratefully. received
