RE:RE:RE:100 Billion Market Cap equates to $24 per share
I agree Mustang.

I like to use these numbers as a base case. Now an assumption here is a takeover and at what price per OZ.

I personally use $100 but here I use $81 which was taken from the last AMK video. Below assumes price per OZ Starting at $20 OZ up to $200 to create an easy to use table with 27.31M Resource. You think OZ should be $160 add up $100 and $60 SP

To be fair $200 is something I can't see but what I can see is $100 OZ with a doubling of resources in the next 2 fully completed drilling seasons. If that were to happen then that would be the same as $200 OZ now so $2.28 share.

AMK.V Diluted Outs.
 $20     $0.23    $0.27
 $40     $0.46 $0.55
 $60     $0.68 $0.82
 $80     $0.91    $1.09
 $100   $1.14 $1.37
 $120 $1.37 $1.64
 $140   $1.59    $1.91
 $160 $1.82    $2.19
 $180   $2.05    $2.46
 $200   $2.28    $2.73

Keep in mind that the challenge here is what will future drilling add to the resources? and make it even more challenging is how does Gold react?

Also just because I assume a future takeover hardly means that the Market under the right circumstances could just as well offer up these valuations.

50 Cent High?

Bollow I brokedown the daily lows over the last 2 years by percentile. From here you can see that the Daily Low High for the last 2 years is $.44 but also it's interesting to see each percentile and look up total shares traded for each as well as $_Volume. I personally tend to favor the $_Volume.

So you sold at $.50, sure you did :) But in truth if you sold over $.42 Congrats you did extremely well. The all time High The $_Volume was 1.2M. If you think 1.2M is a lot take a look at June 29, 2020, just shy of $4M.

You can see that we have been over the last 6 weeks bouncing between 40%-50%. At 50% we have a price range between $.21-<.$.25 with $_Volume at 15.8% At a quick glance looks like we need some more filling between >.25 and <.28

If you add up top 3 you get (80-90-100%) a price of $.28 to High and the $_Volume equals 49.2% almost half of all the money traded in this stock over the last 2 years. What about the COUNT "TIME" it spent a little over 25% of it's time 128 (128/21(mths)) days (>6Mths) over $.28 Interesting, 50% of all Money over 25% Time 2 Year Period

The count column is also interesting, tells you how many days that range was found and keep in mind that 21 (days) is = to 1 Month so currently we're sitting at $.21 total days 59, 3 months is 61 meaning 3 days shy of 3 months.

Last thing and I'm done! :P

If you take the high of $.44 and look at the original Table with Price OZ you can see that with a $40 Price OZ you get $.46 per Share. Pretty darn close to the $.44-.50 range. What I see is first at the high we had no "Resources" at 27M OZ but let's assume you knew that, it would mean that in the last run up the Market gave AMK a Market Value of 50% of the $81 Average or 40% of my $100 Base. The challenge again is what's added in Resources this season and if Gold has any value in this new world of everything is fine, PRINT ON YOU SON OF A PRINTER!

I will keep a close eye on what the market values AMK on a OZ basis. FYI. Market Currently says AMK is $17.46 per OZ. 3 to 6 weeks ago we tested $15 OZ. For a time it looked like that might break but has built a 6 week bottom. It gets my Waffle senses going when I start to think, What if I can buy $10 OZ, get a doubling of Resources, cost gets cut to $5 OZ then Market gives me $80 OZ, Yikes 16X. So close :)
