2 Simple Steps

2 Simple Steps 1. Easy part. Hire a dedicated IR and SM team is 200k/yr. Go hire them. Jeff is not smart or talented enough to be both of those. Gonna need to get their stories straight though. We would see how effective Jeffs communication and leadership is that way. 2. The hard part. Hire a good CEO for a couple 100k/yr and some options. Jeff needs to be like Kraft and hire the next Bill Belichick. He's got Rick as his Tom Brady. Build a team and develop a strategy. He's got the team but is missing the bigger picture. A GM usually gives a coach 3-4 years to turn it around. I dont think I can dumb it down for you any more than a sports analogy. Jeff needs to bring in a CEO and completely step out so he cant do any more damage. He set up the facility (poorly). His job is done. Let a more capable mind run the business.
