I agree that a Nasdaq listing will occur in 2022.

It will be timed with (1) an Apple settlement and successive wireless settlements given the industry pricing would be set with other industry players OR conclusion of Apple court case and a court ordered payment, and (2) Some momentum in the ITS business.

Companies need to be growing to generate value from a Nasdaq listing. All this points to a 2022 timing.
