Harte Gold Corp is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. It is focused on gold properties located in the province of Ontario, Canada. The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

I don't share your opinion on this and I have been in this for the better part of 11 years. SR did not jump ship. More like pushed out by a major investor.

SR is now, no different than the rest of us. He is a large mostly retail investor who has not sold shares in this venture. SR did an awful lot right to get this thing established as a viable operational mine. It wasn't a perfect execution by any means but I don't believe SR to be an outright liar.

They didn't conceal material facts but they weren't forthright with information. Harte has suffered two major issues outside normal upstart problems, one is undercapitalization and the other is less that acceptable communications with investors.

Will it fail? No. The mine will prove to be an excellent producer. Will it still be HRT? I don't believe so. How it gets to the next phase will be what affects us all.
