CSY vs Sierra Wireless

CSY vs Sierra WirelessI have been accumulating csy shares since November and now it represents one of my largest holdings in my portfolio. I'd just like to say that I appreciate the fine comments on this board. I too believe that csy is undervalued. Considering that CSY has a similar number of shares as SW, (SW=17,249,000 shares) and similar potential revenue for 2001,(that is if 90 mil. contract pans out)(SW 2001 guidance= 180 mil.cdn) one would assume the market would start to put a much higher value on CSY. I know that this is a somewhat simplistic comparison of the two companies since there are many different variables to consider but it seems to me that given time and given belief that CSY can continue to grow revenues exponentially, the market will obviously fall in love with this stock. Right now we are experiencing a bloodbath in wireless stocks. What separates a SW from a Wilan , a UBS, or a CSY ? Well we all have our opinions, but one thing is for sure, there seems to be two classes of wireless stocks. I'm afraid CSY is still considered (somewhat)in the same class as the UBS's out there. As long as analysts continue to put that "SPECTULATIVE BUY" label on these stocks however, they are not helping the cause. This label, I suspect is spooking the market and giving the appearance that, somehow there is a possibility that this whole sector might be a fly-by-night sector. I know the analysts are just covering their butts, but the damage is done. When will this label come off of CSY? Seems to me that with revenues of between 60 and 200 mil in 2001 that this company is no longer a concept company, but a robust, viable business. Hopefully one day soon, CSY as well as the other aforementioned stocks will be highly valued in the same way SW is. Until then, we may have need for more further patience.
