Clarification I Think !
Marshall answered 2 separate questions posed today on Discord. 1 he replied he saw no further dilution or shares used for aquisition, however he did Indicate the board has been talking about uplifting for 6 months. 2 He answered my question on buy back to which he answered that similar to above the board has been discussed many options scenerio. No firm answer either way. Just know they have eye on uplisting.
