RE:RE:Looking for Accounts Receivable Damn
Unfortunately you continue to spew your diatribes and continue to display your absolute ignorance. What a one trick pony you are, all you can say is "no revenue". But cash receivables are revenue according to the accountants. Researcher 1, Damn 0, Regarding your questions 1: purchased 40 million $ worth of a tech only to write it off a few weeks later.
If you bother to read any reports, this technology is paused and not abandoned. While DT was developed as a working protype ready for market, the Board also had to deal with the added headwinds of a pandemic which spiralled the cost of manufacturing, logistics as well as increased competition (and costs) for chip availabilty in order to produce and market DT. If Ford or GM had a chip shortage then chances are slim that NexOptic would get chips for DT. The Board wisely paused DT due to these spiralling costs and justified concern that DT may be priced out of the market, however, they but did not abandoned the project. They instead pivoted their focus to software developement of AI with neural ISP technology in the ALIIS platform which had the greatest sales (profit) potentitial without the production costs and obstacles faced by DT. From an accounting perspective it makes little sense to enter millions of dollars in depreciation each year when you have a low revenue stream. The financial report will only show a loss until revenue exceeds depreciation. So they are saving their powder until they need it and can actually benefit from it with tax reductions. Researcher 2, Damn 0, 2: Let 3BD kill the price of shares by dumping relentlessly non stop as they have. Market Perception
According to online investing resource Forex Care, how the stock market perceives information can impact the stock value of a company or an entire industry. Behavioral researcher Daniel Kahneman won the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics in 2002 for his help in establishing a type of economic research called behavioral finance. Kahneman's research determined that investors tend to dwell on negative things rather than search for the good aspects of a company. Basically, an investor will revert to the most common known information about a company when deciding on whether to invest. If the popular notion is positive, then the market value for that company may go up. If the perception is bad, the market value may drop.
This is on you and your friends. The NexOptic Board have issued factual statements and positive news of progress in their developement of the ALIIS platform. This follows with a spike in shareprice. Immediately after, negative posts follow these spikes contributed by yourself and others of your ilk. You are the problem by flooding the market with negativeity with relentless and repeated misinformation over and over causing investor sentiment to turn from positive to negative. The majority of posts is negative and you are the poster of single most negative comments. I have found the enemy and he is you.
3DB owned a third of the company and had the power to drive it into the ground. This was already happening before under their previous stewardship of the company as they were expending vast resources on product developement without a solid marketing plan in tandem. RG and the Board recognized this problem and ousted the DBros. They also divised a brilliant share agreement that gave the Board the right to monitor the sales agreement and ensure that no single shareholder have more than a 2 % share in the company from the DBros holdings. All large block trades were done on the ATS market and not the TSE venture exchange. The benefit of using an ATS to execute such orders is that it reduces the domino effect that large trades might have on the price of an equity on the venture exchange. RG was given a lemon and he put a plan in place to make lemonade and keep the company solvent. Researcher 3, Damn 0, 3 Why there is virtually no insider Holding shares on the NXO board.
There are 4 insiders with NXO holders. Can you name them? Researcher 4, Damn 0,
What value or contribution to this bullboard do you bring that is anyway meaningful or useful? All of us can read financial reports and SEDI reports. What we are lookng for is real Intelligence and Analysis of the stock and the company. You cannot provide that because you have burned your bridges with the company with your incessant rants, complaints and misinformation. The buck stops with you and you alone pushed the order button to buy the stock. You alone are responsible to conduct your due dilligence to distinguish hype from fact. If think you were sold a bill of goods due to hype then shame on you. There have been no negative news releases from the company. So no, the Dbos sales on the ATS market did not impact the price as you proclaim. The real influencer for price going down are people like you and your ilk that incessantly bombard with only negative comments based on speculation and misinformation. I can only imagine what the real price of the stock would have been these past few months with honest commentary. The drop in stock price is on you. Own it.
