The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

The point, as you seem to be missing it, is, DBG will not be developing anything in Sheslay Valley. This forum is about the stock in question. Not you feeling sorry for posters calling misleading garbage posters like yourself out.
